The big droplets be separated easily through the oil and gas separation tank, but the small oil droplets (The diameter of suspended particles in the oil below 1 microns)must be separated through the oil and gas separation filter filtering micron and glass fiber filter material layer.Oil particles by the spread of the filtering material,diameter of blocked by filter material and condensation of inertia collision mechanism, make the suspended particles in the compressed air be quickly condensed into big oil droplets, oil be concentrated at the bottom of the oil content core under the action of gravity , return into hand-piece lubricating oil system though the bottom of the sunken place return pipe imports, so make the compressor discharge more pure oil free compressed air.The solid particles in the compressed air be stranded in the filter layer when it though oil core , which leads to increasing of the oil core differential pressure (resistance). As the oil core using time growth,When the oil core differential pressure is 0.08 to 0.08 Mpa,filter element must be replaced, otherwise increase the compressor running cost, test oil core exhaust oil content.
